Music Tuesday #298: 90s nostalgia trip
Is this song brand new, or did I actually hear it a lifetime ago? I stumbled upon this one while digging through the dustier corners of the web, and I’ve already had to spin it twice just to pin down the nostalgia. It’s got that elusive, "already-a-classic" feel, but for the life of me, I can’t figure out which band it’s channeling. There's a 90s alt-rock grit in there, maybe a bit of Third Eye Blind or even some Smashing Pumpkins fuzz, but it’s its own beast entirely.
