Music Tuesday #167: It slipped my mind

I am interested in discovering the limits of what I can still consider music.  Some things are too weird to for me to appreciate.  But the music that plays with that edge, which will be different for everyone, can be vastly more interesting and enjoyable than what you hear on mainstream radio.  Will this make it into my regular rotation?  Probably not.  Is it worthwhile to listen to, even only once?  Very much so.  Just promise me to listen beyond the first 40 seconds, it does get better :) So without further ado, here's Bas Jan with a song from their 2022 album Baby U Know: Bas Jan - All Forgotten https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qSrb6k4xp0I

Music Tuesday #166: Music where almost no one has gone before

The internet has an endless supply of music pearls for those willing to open every door, click every link and waste a perfectly good sleep to find good sounding music.  It's a new gold rush and I do this one for free.  Enjoy this classic heavy psychedelic trip to the moon... and beyond.  It's tight,  groovy and mixed very well.  Discover more at  https://blackrainbows.bandcamp.com/ . Music Tuesday #164: Lovely Eerie

I was about to dismiss this song when researching this week's post, but the song kept my attention.  I need to listen a couple of times more to really make up my mind.  I'll get back to you as soon as I have decided. Skott - Rule The World https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ha26cowuO6U

Music Tuesday #163: New, old and exciting

How refreshing to hear something that could have come from the 60s but is brand new.  I hope this makes you as happy as when I heard this for the first time.  This is more fun than the last 15 years of pop music put together.
