Music Tuesday #274: Jungleland

Expect organic sounds, hypnotic melodies and lo-fi production today.  There is a sense of mystery in this song that emanates from the Amazonian rainforest of Brazilian psych music.

Caboclo is a warrior who came from the forest and is said to be the son of a European settler and an Indigenous Brazilian. In the common Brazilian universe, Caboclo is a runner and does everything he can to survive. In the center of Rio de Janeiro in 2024, Caboclo received a bullet, died on the spot and came back a few minutes later with his head held high.
