Music Tuesday #040: Low Rock
Music Tuesday #023 tapped into my Lo Fi past, this week's post is about a band which was popular in Europe at the same time. Morphine was an alternative rock group which they described as Low Rock because of the minimalist, low-end, sound. They combine rock with blues and jazz influences into a unique sound where the sound of the baritone sax plays a big role.
The history of the band with a tragic end was the theme of a fantastic documentary which I really recommend for those into music documentaries (Morphine: Journey of Dreams - 2014).

One of the most iconic songs to introduce you to Morphine is definitely "Radar". Enjoy.
